rise to a genuine popular movement of Pakistanis in Pakistan, led
by lawyers, human rights activists, and professionals in Pakistan.

All students of Adamjee Public School in Karachi are on hungerstrike.
They have taken this unusual step to protect their 30-year-old school
from the education merchants of Karachi. It is about time that Pakistanis
and Pak-Americans ask hard questions about the educational opportunities
for the poor of Pakistan.

All Pakistanis in the US must register between January 13, 2003
and February 21, 2003 who were inspected by INS and last admitted
to to the US as a nonimmigrant on or before September 30, 2002;
are male, born on or before January 13, 1987; and will be in the
US at least until February 21, 2003.
